Reminder of viewed items: when an identified visitor (a logged-in customer or a buyer who entered their e-mail address during an order) views several product pages without completing a purchase, Shop Ton Outfit may send them a single reminder presenting the viewed items still available, on the basis of the same legitimate interest linked to the commercial relationship. Each message contains an immediate one-click unsubscribe link, shared across all reminders; if the buyer unsubscribes, no further reminder is sent. The related data (e-mail address, references of viewed items) is kept for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted.
Newsletter: when a visitor voluntarily subscribes to the newsletter (site form or sign-up pop-up), Shop Ton Outfit records their e-mail address, the subscription date and the IP address of the request, on the basis of their consent, in order to send them its news and new arrivals. A personal, single-use welcome discount code may be sent on this occasion. Each e-mail contains an immediate one-click unsubscribe link; consent may be withdrawn at any time. The data is kept until unsubscription and then deleted.
